Early arrivals and late departures
If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your accommodations, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags until your accommodations are ready.
Guaranteed reservations and deposits
A guaranteed reservation assures you we will hold your accommodations even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). All reservations made through the web site must be guaranteed to a major credit card. A two-night deposit is required for all bookings. The balance of charges will be collected at the time of checkout. Exceptions apply during Holiday periods, and special events.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be received fifteen days prior to the expected day of arrival in order to avoid a penalty. If cancellation of a reservation is not received by the required date, the Hotel will charge for two night's accommodation. Exceptions apply during Holiday time periods.
Holiday Deposit / Cancellation Policy
A deposit in the amount of two nights lodging will be taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on October 15. (If your reservation is made after October 15, the entire amount will be charged at the time of booking) Any cancellations made between October 15 and October 31 (inclusive) will forfeit a penalty of two nights lodging. Any cancellations made November 1 and after will forfeit the entire amount of their stay. Any no shows, late arrivals, and early departures will still be charged the entire amount of the stay. Any changes to dates of stay of a reservation from dates that include the holiday period to dates outside of the holiday period will constitute a cancellation and be subject to the cancellation terms and conditions above.
